CHI 2019 Late Breaking Work AC volunteering
Would you like to volunteer to be part of CHI 2019 Late Breaking Work (LBW) Program Committee? Based on your expertise in the field, we would like to leverage your help in delivering a top notch program of emerging work at CHI in Glasgow.

If selected as a PC member, you’ll oversee about 6 LBW submissions through a peer review process during January-February 2019, including a virtual PC meeting in February that will take about half a day. Only submit this form if you are sure that you will be available during the reviewing schedule, and will be able to participate in the mandatory PC meeting.

The following is our schedule:
Submission deadline: 7th January 2019
Paper assignments released to ACs: 9th January 2019
Reviewer deadline: 28th January 2019
Meta-review deadline for ACs: 4th February 2019
Virtual PC meeting(s): 7-8th February 2019
Final deadline for all reviews: 13th February 2019
Notification to authors: 15th February 2019
Camera-ready: 18th February 2019
Video previews: 3rd March 2019

For each submission you oversee, you will need to solicit two external reviews, and provide a meta-review summarizing your recommendation for acceptance or rejection. You may also be asked to provide second opinions on other submissions. Note that LBW submissions are only 6 pages in extended abstract format not including references.

If you have questions, feel free to contact us at: lbw@chi2019.acm.org

The deadline for volunteering to serve as an AC for the CHI 2019 LBW track is Sunday, September 30th 2018.
