Date: Friday, June 23, 2023

Time: 9am - 2:45pm** (or upon arrival at BUGS - 2:15pm at the earliest)

Location: Pier 2 Roller Skating Rink, Brooklyn Bridge Pier 2, 150 Furman Street, Brooklyn, New York 11201

Transportation: subway (metrocards will be provided by school)

Meals: Lunch (pizza + drink) will be provided. Students may pack additional lunch/snacks!

My child, listed above, has permission to attend a field trip to Brooklyn Bridge Pier 2 and surroundings areas.

My child, listed above, DOES NOT have permission to attend a field trip to Brooklyn Bridge Pier 2 and surrounding areas.

I fully consent to my student participating in skating at Pier 2 Roller Skating at Brooklyn Bridge Park *

Note: students will NOT be able to choose to skate on the day of the trip, they must have advance permission in writing from a parent in order to roller skate.

I give my child permission to roller skate. There is no additional cost.

I DO NOT give my child permission to roller skate, or my child prefers not to roller skate.
