January 12th- Tournament 
Please complete the form below if you’re interested in playing in either 4.0+ money ball tournament or regular tournament on January 12th at Paddles Up.

There will be 3 different divisions being played at the same time. 

Men’s 4.0+  (money-ball)
Money is only subject to brackets filling if brackets do not fill registration fees will be reduced and refunded to each participant
Men’s 3.0-3.5 (regular tournament)
Women’s 3.0-3.5 (regular tournament) 

For moneyball tournament every sign up will be checked on DUPR to check overall rankings. This is NOT a DUPR tournament. Our goal is to create a fair balanced out tournament for everyone participating. If we know you or believe you’re signed up for the wrong division we will contact you.       

The tournament will start PROMPTLY on time. PLEASE SHOW UP ON TIME. 

For this sheet, please pick the NEXT open spot in sequential order.  
Ex: Spot 1,2,3 are missing.. That means you pick SPOT 4

You will be guaranteed at least 4 games.

Only one person per team has to fill out the form

Tournament Fee : 
150 per team - 4.0+ division
110 per team- 3.0-3.5 division (men’s/womens)

4.0+ prize winners
1st- 700
2nd- 350
3rd- Spinwave gift card/udrippin grips
