Thank you for your interest in my commissions! Before submitting your commission request, please take a look at the following guidelines:

- As an artist, I have the full right to reject your request if I find it uncomfortable.

- I work on the rule of "first come, first served." This means I have a commission line where the first people to order will be the first ones whose commission will be finished. If you need a specific deadline, please put it in the *Note* section in the request form.

- Once I approve your commission request, I will send you my PayPal or Mono payment details. I will start working only after receiving 100% payment upfront. (For bigger commissions, payment can be divided into two parts.)

- After payment, I will send you a sketch. You can request adjustments, and after everything is to your liking, I will start working on finalizing the commission. Please note that any changes to the final product can be requested only within 24 hours, after which I will not make any further adjustments.

- I will provide a refund if I cannot complete your commission on time or if an emergency occurs. However, no refunds can be made after you receive the final product.
