Assume you have a block with a number or question slot. Let's call it the target. An example of such a block is the “repeat until” script shown below.
If you wanted to drop a block into the target's number/question slot, how would you know the target is ready to receive the drop? A drop is when you let go of your mouse button to let a block fall in.
You can always drop a block into another's block's number slot.
The target's number (or question) slot forms a white halo or a double rim, when you hover a block over it. This is the sign the target is ready to receive the drop.
