The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms 2019
The Sunflower Festival at Alvis Farms will be held for two consecutive weekends. The two weekends will be finalized closer to the event to ensure optimal bloom since sunflowers peak for only approximately 2 weeks.

Event Times:
Saturdays 10am - 5pm & Sundays 11am - 5pm

Three Chopt Road, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103 (1 mile SE on Three Chopt Road off of Broad Street)
*Event location will be publicized to the public a week or two weeks prior to the event to ensure optimal bloom for pictures and enjoyment.

This event is located in a field on a farm. There will be no electricity available unless you provide a generator. Please let us know below if you will be bringing a generator so we can place you in an appropriate location for noise issues.

Additional Entries
Each sponsor will be given entry passes based on sponsorship level. Additional passes can be purchased for $5 (half price). Please select number of additional passes needed below.
Sponsor Rules & Agreement
Sponsors are to provide their own tent, back drop, and tables. It is required that a qualified representative be on site at all times to man your booth(s). Sponsors are responsible for securing booth and products overnight as well as providing protection in case of inclement weather. Alvis Farms and any of their sponsors or representatives, will not be held responsible in case of accident, injury, theft, or damage to any persons property or merchandise.
