Fall 2026 Proposal Submission Form
Please use the following form to submit any new proposals you have for the Arizona Speech & Debate Coaches Association (ASDCA) to change rules, policies, or procedures. Remember that, true to the new bylaws, we will see board approval first for new proposals, and then the coaches conference will have final say. Please therefore be as detailed as possible in your proposal so that readers will easily understand both the underlying intention and reasoning behind it.

If you would like to submit more than one proposal, please just resubmit this form. You may submit as many proposals as you would like.

To view all current proposals for the Fall 2026 Conference, please see this document (updated as quickly and frequently as possible)

The final deadline for proposal submission is Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 5:00pm.

This proposal would allow the organization to realize the full financial benefits of 501(c)3 Tax-Exempt Organization, under the guidelines offered in the new bylaws.
