Once your order form has been received, we aim to contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.

Once we have confirmed our availability to you a 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm the booking. If payment is not made within this time please email us to confirm we still have availability before any payment is made.

The final payment will be due 2 weeks before Delivery. If we have not received your final payment before the delivery date, we will unfortunately not be able to deliver the products to you.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100 within a 10 mile radius of Hanham, Bristol. For all other orders, we will confirm a delivery price to you.
