If you are seeking to learn yoga in the traditional way, discovering your relationship with your body, breath and mind through simple progressive Asana, Pranayama and Meditative practices, this is the course for you!
This course is designed to help you experience yoga in the simplest form and progress at a comfortable pace. It will enable you to walk the path of self awareness and exploration towards knowing more about yourself and how to live a healthier life.
This programme is designed for people who are just entering the space of yoga. Yoga at this level is:
>To meet your body, breath and mind.
>To start exploring movements and breathing in the simplest form.
>To understand that your body has flexibility and strength, the breath has components like inhale, exhale and retention.
>To become aware of your mind and its ability to wander and pause!
This programme will enable you to take the first step towards self awareness and exploration. And the journey continues…
Who is it for?
> 16+ yrs
> No pre-requisite background in yoga is expected.
> This course is not for people with major health issues as you will then need one-on-one attention and personalised practices.
