Comboni College of Science and Technology has developed an original educational proposal suitable for the current situation in Sudan that combines online learning with practical activities in place.
قامت كلية كمبوني للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بتطوير مقترح تعليمي أصيل مناسب للوضع الحالي في السودان يجمع بين التعلم عبر الإنترنت والأنشطة العملية في بورتسودان.
بهذه الطريقة، يتمكن طلاب CCST من:
1- الاستمتاع بالمحتويات التي يقدمها أفضل المحاضرين السودانيين والدوليين حتى لو كانوا موجودين في بلدان مختلفة؛
2- تطوير المهارات الرقمية؛
3- تطوير مهارات إدارة الوقت اللازمة للتنمية الذاتية طوال الحياة؛
4- تطوير مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية وخاصة بفضل التعاون مع مشروع اللغة الإنجليزية العالمي لبرنامج Jesuits Worlwide Learning.
In this way CCST students:
1- Enjoy the contents provided by the best Sudanese and international lecturers even if located in different countries;
2- Develop digital skills;
3- Develop time management skills necessary for self-development along the whole life;
4- Develop English language skills particularly thanks to the collaboration with the Global English Language project of the Jesuits Worlwide Learning program.

What do you find in the Learning Management System of the College? Once you enter the learning platform, you will find the learning contents in the form of:
- PDF files;
- PPT presentations
- Links to videoconferences delivered by the respective lecturer
- References for your personal study
- Online tasks
- Online library.
You may download your learning materials when you have connection.
The lecturers will interact with you through:
- Face-to-Face tutorials in Port Sudan
Chat sessions and forums for questions and discussions. The chat can be live while the forum is not live. So you can see the discussion or ask when you have access to the internet.
- E-mail
- Video-conference. This case may be too demanding for many of you. But the video-conference will remain available in the platform so that you can watch it when you have connectivity.
- Tasks, activities to be worked with your Smartphone or on paper and sent as photos to the lecturer.
NB. Our programs were approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as face-to-face programs, not as online programs. Nonetheless the war obliged us to shift into online and the ministry supported this transformation for the time being. Notice that one day the Ministry may oblige to return to face-to-face teaching if the stability of the country improves.

مؤقتًا. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الوزارة قد تُلزمنا يومًا ما بالعودة إلى التدريس
الحضوري إذا تحسن استقرار البلاد.
