SY25 UI School Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in working together in the 2024-2025 school year! Before completing this form, please ensure you have reviewed the SY25 Program Guide (Elementary & High School) for a comprehensive catalog of our SEL-focused sport- and play-based program offerings.

Complete this form to register for the programs of your choice! Upon completion, UI staff will reply within 3 business days regarding your program confirmation. Program registration will remain open until the following dates unless capacity is reached sooner:  
  • Recess: August 2 (to guarantee Recess Coach presence on the first day of school)
  • OST Programs: August 23
