1. Upon registration, you are required to pay a minimum of 50% of full payment as a deposit and the balance of 50% must be made in full 1 week before the commencement of the course or workshop.
2. The fee once paid will not be returned after 14 days, although any circumstances happen, it would be possible to postpone for next course within 1 year period time.
3. Perfect Yoga reserves the right to cancel/call off the course or workshop at any time if the minimum number of participants is not reached or if any major occurrence out of our control takes place previously to the commencement of the course. In this case, any amount paid by the applicant as a booking/registration fee & the remaining course fee will be refunded in full.
4. Certification will be given only when the participant has a minimum of 85% attendance, punctuality, pass the entire required test, and submitted all required assignment.
5. The schedules and timing are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of Perfect Yoga.
6. Perfect Yoga reserves the right to expel any student from the course at any time on grounds of misconduct and improper behavior of any kind such as not following the time-table, creating disturbances to other students, disrespecting the teachers or assistant teachers, or not following the prescribed rules and regulations for the course. The student will NOT be entitled to any refund in this case.
7. I agree to follow instructions in any session and follow all the Rules and Guidelines in Perfect Yoga studio.
8. Perfect Yoga and its respective Instructors/Teachers are NOT liable for any misinterpretation or injury be it physical or mental during and after any session due to negligence or ignorance of the students.
9. I have sought approval from a qualified general physician regarding my current condition before joining any program in Perfect Yoga.
10. I understand and accept that all instructions & demonstrations for Studio & Online classes are done in a professional manner as required for Yoga instruction and correction.
11. I understand and accept that in order to properly teach and correct yoga techniques, physical contact between student and instructor may be necessary. Perfect Yoga undertakes to ensure that such contact is always applied in a professional manner as required for yoga instruction and correction.
12. There will be a charge of RM300 to replace the lost certificate.
13. The first retake of any exam is free, however, the second retake and onwards will be charged RM100 for each retake.
I declared that all the above information stated is true to my knowledge and shall adhere to all instructions given for yoga and fitness programs both online and at the studio. I understand that any information offered during a yoga session is done so in the spirit of helping individuals become more conscious of their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
