The Sunday Evening mindfulness practice session is a time for slowing down and finding some calm and ease before a new week begins. Cathy will guide practices and share some mindful inspiration each week.

Being in community online, cultivating self-awareness and tending to self-care can all foster a greater sense of well-being and equanimity. Come and join for some calming meditation practices inspired by the essential principles of Mindfulness-Based & Compassion Programs.
