This is the online registration form for the May 2023 Newbury Park International Baccalaureate Programme exams. Please fill this out ONLY if you are planning on taking IB tests during Spring 2023. For more information about IB exams, visit

To complete your IB registration, follow the two steps listed below:
1. REGISTER FOR TESTS: Students should complete and submit this online form after talking to thier teachers about which exam(s) to sign up for.
2. MAKE A PAYMENT: Parents log in thorugh Q Parent Portal to pay IB exam fees. The cost of taking IB exams is $125 per exam. Financial assistance will be provided to those families that have been approved for the free and reduced lunch program for the 2022-23 school year via the link in Q at https://conejo.vcoe.org/
The final deadline for IB registration and payment is NOVEMBER 1, 2022. Late registrations will not be accepted for IB testing. Unfortunately, IB testing fees are non-refundable and therefore refunds cannot be issued after regisration closes on Nov 1.
After this form has been submitted, any changes to your IB registration must be approved via email by Ms. Dogancay on or before NOVEMBER 1. A copy of your responses will be sent to the email address that you list as your "Student Email" below, upon completion of the form.
