This is a non-diet, weight-neutral group that will focus on improving one's relationship with food and learning healthy balanced habits. Do you feel ready to put weight on the backburner while you learn new ways of eating and relating to food? *
Are you prepared to show up regularly to support your peers as well as share your experience? (Keep in mind we will cap the group at 8 women so it won't be a huge group setting). *
Although it won't take long, this group will involve some reading and completing of "homework" between sessions. Do you have time to commit to this? *
