All students are required to be out of the Residence Halls by Sunday, March 29th at 7:00 PM.
This form should be submitted as you leave your residence hall having completed all other check-out procedures. It serves as our way to track that you:
-have finished your check-out,
-understand what you can be held accountable for moving forward, and
-have left campus.
If you have not completed your move-out, do not submit this form yet.
Being able to track this information is an essential part of us being able to ensure the safety of our community and our staff. As such, failure to submit this form will result in a $75 improper check out fee charged to your account.
