Thank you for your interest in being a part of the official 2025 Pearl Jam Preparty Team!
There's no experience necessary to be a volunteer Team Member - all are welcome to apply.
You can sign up to be a volunteer Organizer, Assistant Team Member, Photographer or Videographer:
► Organizers - they are the event leaders, usually 1-3 people. Organizers secure the venue, decide the local beneficiary, procure donations, promote event and manage the day of event. Manages the team of assistants. We prefer volunteer Organizers to have some previous Team Member experience, but it's not required.
► Team Member Assistants - they help the Organizers secure donations, promote event on social media and work the day of the event, typically in a specific position (ex: raffle tickets, cashier, merch, etc.)
► Photographer - they will photograph the preparty and share digital files with Wishlist Foundation
► Videographer - they will take video footage of the preparty and share the digital files with Wishlist Foundation
★ Each preparty requires 1-3 Organizers and lots of Team Members to assist with tasks leading up to and on the day-of the event.
★ Wishlist Foundation will provide all volunteers with training, guides, checklists, support and guidance.
★ Each preparty will likely be donating 50% +/- or more of the net proceeds to Pearl Jam's Spotlight Charities.
★ The remaining 50% +/- net proceeds will be donated to the local registered nonprofit organization chosen by the Organizer(s) and approved by Wishlist Foundation.
You're required to answer only ONE of three options - either Team Member, Organizer, Photographer, Videographer or None.
