Waller's Event Space Rental Information and Questionnaire

Waller’s is located at 240 Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur GA 30030. We have plenty of
free parking.
Open from 8 to 5, our café serves a full coffee and food menu. We have plenty of room
for casual meetings indoors and out.
Our Outer Space is large, and groups can spread out under our canopy of muscadine
vines. We have trails and a creek out back for some nature time.
If you want to plan a larger meeting during the day (12 or more), please give us a few
days’ notice to make sure we are prepared for you—email

Event Space
Waller’s is available for rent in the evenings from 6-10 p.m. for public or private events.
The Inner Space can comfortably hold 75-100 people, and the Outer Space can hold
100+. Each space has a sound system available, and we are happy to provide a sound
engineer on request.
Our bar inside will be staffed and open during your event to serve beer, wine, coffee,
and our full menu. We will work with you if you would like to bring outside food.

Private Events
With plenty of parking and a casual atmosphere, this is the perfect place for any type of
event you can think of:
 Birthday parties
 Board game nights
 Poetry readings
 Teen nights
 Dance parties
 Yoga classes
 Paint and sip
 Concerts
 Workshops/seminars
 ???
Public Events
If you want to throw a concert or other event that is open to the public, come on over!
You will need to bring the crowd, create and sell tickets, and staff the door, merch table,
etc.
We have sound systems in our indoor and outdoor spaces, and plenty of seating.
We can help spread the word by adding your event to our calendar and sharing it on
social media.

book, here’s a link to the signup form. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible
to book your event.

Rental Fees
Includes barista/bartender and event host. Sound engineer available on request.
**Inner Space 6 pm-10 pm = $250
For an additional $100 we can keep things going until midnight. 
**Outer Space 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm = $350
There is a 9:30 pm hard stop for loud noise in the Outer Space.
 **Inside and Outside = $450
 The balance is due the day of the event.

Event Setup
We close at 5 and will be ready for you to come set up by 6 p.m. Here are some
pictures of the venue and a list of the equipment we have available.
We have our regular menu available at the inside bar. We don’t have a catering kitchen
available, but if you want to bring outside food just let us know and we’ll work with you.
Coffee, soft drinks, beer, and wine are available for purchase at the bar.
Outside drinks are discouraged but we can make exceptions depending on the event. 
Event Promotion
 We are a Community Event Space. We are not a venue/bar for bands to come and play
for a built-in crowd. There will be no one here that isn't specifically here for your event.
If you would like to sell tickets or charge an entrance fee it will be your responsibility to
create, sell, and collect tickets at the door. 
We can help spread the word to the community. If you make a presale ticket link or a
Facebook event we can add it to our calendar and let our social media followers know.
We do not make Facebook events, but if you make one and add us as an admin we can
help promote it for you.
