Your disability or accommodation status will not be added to your student record and you are protected from discrimination on admission or employment opportunities at Guilford. The ARC may only consult with relevant college personnel on a need-to-know basis to facilitate support, or with your written permission.
This form is designed for use by both current and incoming students. Note that new students should be admitted and have paid the deposit before registering with the ARC.
