The present questionnaire on innovation in the Overseas Countries and Territories of the European Union is part of our ongoing research in to conditions that innovators like you face. It seeks to propose systems that improve the innovation ecosystem; we hope that our findings enable use to create a set of standards and metrics which can enable donors and the providers of technical assistance to better serve innovators like you.
