CHMS is delighted to announce the commencement of our annual influenza vaccination program for our associates, their family members, and dependents. We will be administering the Quadrivalent influenza vaccine. The flu vaccine offers numerous benefits for our families, including the protection of individual health, prevention of transmission within the household, and support for overall well-being and productivity. It is a proactive measure that promotes the health and safety of all family members, particularly those who are most vulnerable to the effects of influenza.

As per the guidelines, flu vaccines are suitable for individuals aged 6 months and older. Children aged 6 months and less than 9 years old who have not been previously vaccinated, or have only received one dose of influenza vaccine in any previous season/year, should receive two doses, spaced at least 4 weeks apart. If they require two doses, please indicate this on the form.

Children 6 months and less than 9 years of age who have received two doses of influenza vaccine in any previous season/year, as well as individuals aged 9 years and older, are advised to receive only one dose.
