Nova Classical Academy Campus Parent Request Form
Please fill out the form below to gain access to your Campus Parent Portal account. This is where you may view your students' schedule, grades, food service balances, and update contact information. Because of this sensitive information, this form will be used to verify parents' identity.

Please note: If you already have a Campus Parent account with Nova Classical Academy, you will not need to fill this out again. Campus Parent accounts can only be given for currently enrolled and actively attending students, new to Nova Classical families will be given portal accounts once their student is actively enrolled.

I am requesting to view my student(s)' information on the Nova Classical Academy Portal site. I agree that I will not share my password or allow anyone other than myself to use the account. I will protect any information printed or transferred to my computer, or assure the information is properly destroyed.

It is critical that the information below matches the enrollment information you provided to Nova Classical Academy. Errors can cause delays or denial of access to Parent Portal.
