I am Pham Minh Nhat and am a Master student in the Graduate Institute of International Human Resource Development at National Taiwan Normal University, Taiwan, R.O.C.. I am conducting a research project for my conference paper, which aims to gain an understanding of Information Technology (IT) industry workers’ working perception in Taiwan.
