Please use this form to request a revision to your 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Budget. Requesting a revision changes or adds a specific line items on your budget but does not grant any additional funds.

Any new or altered line items must comply with all RSO funding guidelines and university policies. For questions about additional funds please refer to: usg-treasurer@mtu.edu

The Ways and Means Committee typically votes on all Budget Revisions for a week on Tuesday, but depending on committee business and the Opportunity / Reserve Fund request discussions, we may vote virtually and determine results by Thursday of the same week.
