EcoPress Sacramento is a sustainability-focused art workshop and retail space located in the heart of historic Old Sacramento, along the Waterfront in the
Paperworks building at 1115 Front Street #7, Sacramento, CA 95814. Old Sac is one of Sacramento's top tourism and entertainment destinations.
The district attracts approximately 5 million visitors annually and features over 125 shopping, dining, entertainment, attractions, and experience destinations, making it a high-visibility location for artists, makers, designers, and mission-driven small businesses.
We are building a curated retail experience centered around sustainability, creativity, reuse, community education, and local artistry. EcoPress prioritizes handmade, locally made, upcycled, environmentally conscious, and story-driven products that align with our mission of making sustainability accessible, inspiring, and community-centered. Your products must be 90% sustainable or upcycled; if you have any questions, please contact Sam (sam@ecopress916.com).
We are seeking vendors whose work reflects originality, craftsmanship, ethical production, and strong visual presentation. Ideal vendors are excited not only about retail opportunities, but also about participating in a growing creative community through workshops, demonstrations, collaborations, events, and public engagement.
Current vendors in Old Sacramento will not be considered. We are prioritizing artists who are not currently selling inside another retail space in Old Sacramento, solely to bring more artists and variety to the community of Old Sac and to give more people more opportunities. EcoPress will be collaborating with Ecojoyous, Threadeco, and the Atrium to encourage shoppers to shop at all 3 stores, following an imaginary “Sustainable Lane in Old Sacramento”.
We offer 70% Vendor / 30% EcoPress Sacramento consignment rates with a 90-day trial period. As a vendor within Old Sacramento Waterfront, your products will benefit from exposure to:
- Local shoppers
- Tourists visiting Old Sacramento
- School and museum visitors
- Event attendees
- Weekend and seasonal foot traffic
- Special district-wide festivals and activations throughout the year
Other small businesses in the building will be:
Wild Sisters Book Company (1st location is in East Sac!),
DearSisa Boutique (secondhand clothing),
VIP Clothing (clothes and lots of sports shirts/jerseys), a kids toy store,
a brand new museum, a brand new art gallery with Disney artists displaying their non-Disney artwork, and more! We are located in the corridor next to G. Willikers Toy Emporeum, across from the old Rio City Cafe.
Old Sacramento Waterfront is a 28-acre National Historic Landmark and a major regional destination known for its museums, riverfront attractions, entertainment, shopping, and cultural events.
We are excited to grow a retail space that supports artists, sustainability, and community while helping visitors discover meaningful products with a story behind them. Thank you.
