We want to make learning an instrument with Passionate About Music Education as straightforward as possible for all involved.  

Below are our terms and conditions of the Music Contract:

* Lesson fees are due on the first of every month.  Lessons will not be taught until the fee is paid.  Your fee covers specialist instruction at the specific time slot mutually agreed.

* Written notice must be given by you on the 1st day of any month to terminate lessons at the end of a month.  This way we can find another student for your slot. We reserve the right to charge an additional month if this notice period is not given.

* Lessons missed by the student will not be refunded or credited.  If 72 hours notice or more is given, we will try to arrange an alternative mutually convenient time that week if we have space.

* If the teacher is ill or cancels a lesson this will be rescheduled or credited.

* For all lessons, the teacher will wait for 10 minutes.  If no communication is received by the parent or student about a delayed start to the class, the session will be ended by the teacher and not rescheduled or credited.
