Hunger Hurts: Partners for Breakfast in the Classroom Grant Webinar
Over the past several months, The NEA Foundation has been working in 10 states (Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah) to spread the word about an exciting grant opportunity called Breakfast in the Classroom (BIC).

The BIC program provides students with a nutritious morning meal to help them learn and thrive for the rest of the day. The program takes 10-15 minutes from start to finish and happens after the opening bell. As a result, everyone eats breakfast free in his or her classroom, removing any stigma or common barriers.

In an effort to spread the word about BIC and our grant opportunity, this webinar looks to provide real experiences from individuals who have implemented the program successfully. Please RSVP by Friday, April 30 and email Annelise Cohon (acohon@nea.org) or Bonnie Cullison (bcullison@nea.org) with any questions.
