Activities and Hospitality
Coordinates the social, recreational, and cultural activities.

Communications and Membership
Promotes activities & events and encourages membership.

Public Safety
Establishes and coordinates a Neighborhood Watch Program; act as liaison between the League and Law Enforcement and Norfolk Emergency Services Agencies​

Zoning and Improvement
Liaison with businesses & government on zoning, codes, and works on proactive neighborhood improvement and beautification initiatives.
