Exhibitor/Creator registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
Payment is due within 30 days after filling our this application. In case of no payment, after 30 days all applications will be cancelled.
Exhibitors/Creators wishing to cancel their Meadowlark Comic Con table(s) must inform Meadowlark Comic Con in writing no less than 24 hours prior to the event.
Those cancelling their table/booth for the upcoming show receive a credit to use at the next Meadowlark Comic Con or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment, or can transfer their table/booth to another vendor. In case of no show on the day of the event no credit and/or transfer will be offered.
In case the event is postpone due the the circumstances outside of the organizer control, including but not limited to: government regulations, natural disasters, decease outbreak, pandemic, acts of God, the vendor will be issued a credit (not a refund) to use at the next Meadowlark Comic Con show or any other event produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment.
All vendors must be setup and ready to go by 10:00 when the doors open, and stay till the show closes at 5:00 pm.
SELLING OF BOOTLEG PRODUCT AND/OR STOLEN ART IS PROHIBITED! Violators will be removed from the show and banned from all events produced by Colossus Girl Entertainment.
