1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, and mountain activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: changing weather conditions, variable snow, ice, terrain features, equipment failure, collisions with natural and man-made objects, and other participants. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for these risks, whether or not described here, and for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Aspen Highlands Camp organized by Sarah Schleper Ski Club, I release and hold harmless Sarah Schleper Ski Club, its coaches, staff, volunteers, Aspen Highlands Resort, its employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from my participation, including claims based on negligence (except gross negligence or willful misconduct).

3. Medical Treatment
I consent to receive medical care deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during participation. I release all parties from any liability resulting from such treatment. I affirm that I have adequate health insurance or assume full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Camp Rules and Conduct
I agree to follow all instructions from Sarah Schleper Ski Club staff and Aspen Highlands Resort personnel. Failure to comply with safety rules or instructions may result in removal from the camp without refund.

5. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend Sarah Schleper Ski Club and its representatives from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from my participation or conduct.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver fully, understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily. I understand I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing.
