Servant Leadership Award Nomination
The Servant Leadership Award was established after the devastating tornado that struck Enterprise, Alabama on March 1, 2007 to honor those who responded to the crisis.  Each year the award is granted to one High School student that has served their community regardless of recognition.

The award grants the recipient with a week at the YMCA Christian Values Conference in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina at no cost to them, including transportation from Montgomery (a value of over $400).

Please do not tell the student that you are nominating them for this award, however you are free to solicit specifics from them, their parents, etc.
