- They will be via Zoom.
- They will be between 30-40 mins.
- Available for 24hrs after the class.
- Only £2 per session!

Who are these classes for?
ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE. I programme my classes so they are accessible to all levels. I give options for all abilities and experience levels.
Do I need any equipment?
NO. The only things I will need you to have are things you can find around the house e.g a towel.
I can't make the live class. Maybe next time?
NO, THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR 24HRS. I save my classes for 24 hours so that even if you can make the live classes you can access a recording of it via a link I will send you straight after the class. #NoExcuses

Which classes will you be doing?
9am, Monday 1st Feb. Total Body Blast 30 mins - HIIT style workout designed to get you sweaty and improve cardiovascular fitness.
9am, Tuesday 2nd Feb. Upper Body 40 mins - using mostly bodyweight you will work your chest, back, arms and core to improve strength and burn fat.
9am, Thursday 4th. 30 mins - Legs, Bums and Tums! A bodyweight class design to work your glutes, quads and hammies to improve strength and get those booty gains.
12:30pm, Friday 5th. Total Body Blast 30 mins - so effective and popular we do it twice! See description above.
