Nutrition Coaching for Student Athlete Parents/Caregivers
We're excited about your interest in working with our sports dietitians to help enhance your child's performance while reducing stress and improving both communication and efficiency with meal and snack planning, preparation and consumption! This form is meant for those serious about personalized nutrition coaching and willing to commit to at least a 2 month program. Please include as many details as possible so that we can learn more about you. We'll follow up with an individualized proposal for your program length and number of sessions.
