All community users must visit the Connell Building during school hours to provide your driver's license for a background check and to receive an access badge. *

The fitness center is used by our Athletic teams and coaches. Please put all equipment back where you found it. They often set up for their workouts in advance. *

Do not remove any equipment, including free weights and bands, from the fitness center. *

Please use the provided disinfecting products to wipe down any items used for your workout. This includes all equipment, hand weights, athletic bands, mats, etc. Spray the cloth then wipe the item. Do not spray the items/equipment directly.  *

We recommend a buddy system for safety.  Please try to workout with another person.  *

Be sure to familiarize yourself with the emergency exits, phone numbers, phone location, first aid/AED location, etc.  *

If you are the last person leaving the Fitness Center, be sure to turn off the music/audio/tv, and leave the room tidy and secure. *
