Blaisdell Youth Group Interest Form
The Blaisdell Memorial Library is seeking middle school students to join their Youth Group. Our mission for BYG is to not only support a lifelong love of reading, but most importantly we want you to have a voice and be a leader in our library. Complete this form if you are interested in:

Participating in group events and/or challenges
Helping develop our youth book and media collection
Sharing and discussing books, movies and games
Helping develop youth library programs
Having fun and making friends
