LPN/RN NCLEX Review Enrollment

Here is the enrollment form for my upcoming

NCLEX review class. This will be a 12 week course. The class will be a $2500 and students either can pay in full or through a 2-time payment plan. A deposits of $1000 payments must be made before starting the class. Student who are using the payment plan must pay the balance of $350 by (4) weeks of attending class. This review including clinicals skills, and case study for the NGN (New generation Nclex). It is imperative for all students to attend clinical skills and take a skills exam prior to finish the review. All students will receive an email regarding details of the class and further instructions the weekend before classes start.
