I, the Releasor, being of lawful age and sound mind in consideration of being permitted to participate in the retreat run and/or operated by the Releasee, John Quirk, SoCal Wellness Retreats and Cactus Blossom Retreat, LLC. I WAIVE, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Releasee, its owners, officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, agents, assigns, legal representatives of the above noted activity and each of them their owners, officers and employees, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss, or injury to person and property, even injury resulting in the death of the Releasor, which has been or may be sustained in consequence of the Releasor’s participation in the activity described above or sustained on the grounds and property of the Releasee, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Releasee.I hereby acknowledge and agree that by signing this release I have acknowledge the risks and responsibilities of my participation in the above stated activities to others and myself. I also acknowledge that by signing this release, I will be forever prevented from suing or otherwise claiming against the Releasee for any property loss or personal injury that I may sustain while participating in or preparing for the above noted activity. I understand that this Waiver and Release agreement is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my executors, administrators, personal representatives and assigns. I acknowledge that I do not have any physical limitations, medical ailments, physical or mental disabilities that would limit or prevent me from participating in the above mentioned activity.  If I have any such physical or mental disabilities that I am aware of that I will inform the Releasee in writing before participating in such activities.This release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this release and the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital. I also agree to pay the cost of any damages incurred to the property through my own negligence including common areas, bedding or household items. I also consent to any photos or videos taken during the retreat to be used for SoCal Wellness Retreats on their social media and website, strictly for promotional purposes. This is a alcohol, caffeine, psychedelic free retreat. If you are thought to be under the influence at any time you will be asked to leave without refund. We have a zero tolerance policy for malicious behavior of any kind. If you infringe on another retreat guests safety or well-being at any time you will be asked to leave without refund.
