We invite all Alief ISD students and community members to join AliefVotes. We are a 501(c)(3) program that empowers youth civic engagement in Alief, a community in Southwest Houston.
We strive to establish a pipeline of proactive, civically engaged, and community-orientated youth through civic education initiatives, leadership development opportunities, and organized community projects.
Fill out this form. We will add you to our student/community newsletter, which regularly sends youth-oriented opportunities to you in Alief and Houston—from jobs, opportunities, volunteering, internships and events.
- You will be contacted by AliefVotes staff to set up a 1:1 meeting on Zoom. We will tell you more about AliefVotes, learn more about you, and outline the many opportunities we have.
- We provide transportation to events! If you need a ride to a volunteering, community or AliefVotes event, we have funds to cover your transportation (limited).
- We aim to provide all students valued mentorship—connecting you with opportunities and leaders in the community. We want you to succeed in school and beyond.
