*The symbol will indicate the Butcher's suggestion throughout your cut sheet. You may always choose different cuts, but if you are unsure what to choose, look for the asterisk.
All products will be paper wrapped unless specified.
The following are our standard cuts unless otherwise specified this is how your cuts will be prepared:
- Chops will be cut to 1"
- All chops will be packaged 2 per package
- Sliced products will be packaged 1 lb per package
- All ground pork will be packaged in chubs in 1 lb packages
