To correct the problem quickly:
1. If logs are submitted, we will be able to identify the cause of the problem more quickly. If there is no problem, please respond to the log. (You can find this information in the Luppet app under System Settings > Application Information.
2. Please share photos and videos with URLs using an external service so we can clearly identify the problem.
