Each year the Department will recognize one of its faculty for early career clinical excellence, which is defined as within 5 years after the end of training.

CRITERIA: clinical excellence, clinical leadership in quality, safety, PI program development, leadership in innovative clinical program development and implementation or development of new approaches to clinical care. Any member of the Pediatrics faculty within 5 years of the end of training may be nominated
