2021 Vender Registration Form (NON-FOOD)
Dear Festival Crafters:
Thank you to all the vendors returning and welcome to all the vendors joining us for the first time. Please fill out the form below if you wish to reserve a space at this year’s Pumpkin Festival.
Setup times are Friday 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM.
Craft doors open at 8:00 AM on Saturday and 9:30 AM on Sunday.
Please plan to be at your table at these times.
The Festival opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 6:00 PM both days.
Doors are locked at 6:00 PM Saturday. Sunday tear down time is 6:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS!
The Festival Committee works very hard to make each year a success. The Festival Committee is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The sale of pies is not allowed by any vendor. Anyone selling bake goods must disclose on their form what type of baked goods and obtain permit from the Geauga County Health Department. The committee will let you know if you may sell baked goods or not in the craft halls.
We will look over form and email you if you are Approved or not. If you are Approved we will send you a Invoice in your Email, This will need to be paid by due date or you can lose your spot.
