Mental Health is a key part of an individual's health. Statistics from the National Alliance on Mental Illness show that one in five adults in the United States experienced serious mental illness in 2023. EastRidge Health Systems is dedicated to helping our community members that are dealing with issues surrounding mental health.
We designed this survey to help us better understand both how we are currently doing and how we can make changes to the services we offer in order to better meet the needs of the community and improve the mental health of the PanHandle's residents. Thank you for taking part in this important survey concerning the mental health issues in our area.
