Let's Roll MPS Volunteer Interest Form
The Let's Roll MPS is a FREE, slow-paced group bicycle ride that celebrates bicycling in our school district, the beauty of Minneapolis and the joy in our connections to each other. Our mission in MPS Culinary & Wellness Services is to nurture ALL children through access to quality food and active living. The Let’s Roll embodies our commitment to active living: This event brings together important aspects of good health and happiness - healthy eating, regular physical activity, and community connections.

SPRING LET'S ROLL MPS - NORTHSIDE
Wednesday, May 8, 2024 (Rain date, May 9)
2PM - 4:30 PM
812 Plymouth Avenue North, Minneapolis

This ride starts and ends at MPS Nutrition Center (812 Plymouth Avenue N, Minneapolis). School groups are the main particpants in the Let's Roll MPS - and we expect riders from Bethune, Emerson, Hmong International Academy, Loring, Nellie Stone Johnson, Pillsbury, Sullivan, Whittier and more.

Volunteers are essential to making sure this event is fun and safe for everyone--so thank you for being willing to share your time and talents. There are biking and non-biking roles. Bike along roles do not take any special skills should be a fun gig. There will be an optional (but strongly recommended) pre-ride training before the ride for on-bike volunteers. All MPS staff participation will earn Vitality points.

If you are unable to volunteer, please still plan to attend! Everyone is invited--staff, students, families, and community! Bring your own bicycle and helmet.

MPS Staff Only: see also MPS staff non-biking corner sign up.

Are you an MPS staff and you have a group of students to bring? We have a form for that too!
