[Regular/Evening/Saturday/TOPIK/Intensive Conservation Class]

* You will receive 100% refund if you cancel before the class starts.
* You will receive 2/3 refund if you cancel a day before 1/3 of scheduled classes.
* You will receive 50% refund if you cancel a day before 1/2 of scheduled classes.
* There is no refund if you cancel a day before 1/2 of scheduled classes.
* All tuition refunds shall be calculated based on the 4 week tuition and schedule*
* Regular Class: 2 hour lessons/day when there are less than 3 students in one class.
* Saturday Class : 2 hour lessons/day when there are less than 2 students in one class.
* Evening Class: cannot open the class when there are less than 2 students.
* When your visa is rejected, tuition deposit of 200,000Won will not be refunded.

*For students who enroll after the beginning of the month, the refund amount will be calculated based on the start date of the entire course, not the date of joining.
*If the registered course level does not start in the following month, the remaining tuition will be converted to private lessons, and no refund will be provided.

[Private/Visiting Lesson]

* You will receive 100% refund if you cancel before the lesson date
* You will receive a refund for the remaining lessons if you cancel after a lesson starts.
(the postponed lesson is non-refundable)

*In case you cancel or postpone a lesson, you should inform us one day before the lesson date (until 6:00 pm). Then the lesson will be held on another day you want without additional payment.
*In case you cancel or postpone a lesson on the lesson date, the tuition will be charged.
*You can postpone lessons, up to half of the whole lessons for one month, and the postponed lessons should be one within 2 months. And the tuition for the postponed lessons should not be refunded.

[Short Term Class]

*You can get a full refund if you cancel the class the day before the class starts.
*Course fee is non-refundable after class starts.

The Student agrees to grant the School the right to use their portrait, including photographic or video images, for promotional and educational purposes on the School's official social media channels.

[Class Assignment]
For students who have completed class assignment after a level test, class changes are possible (up to 2 times) in the first week based on the teacher's opinion. Class changes are not possible outside of this period.
