1. Practicalities: what was easy or tricky about organising a screening? What could be made easier from your direct experience?
2. Posters: did you use the materials / poster artwork / trailers etc we provided? What did you find easy or tricky about using them from a very practical pov? For example, did you find it easy to customise them? print them?
3. Local promotion: did you find it easy to place the materials / advertise the event? Did you figure out local places to put up posters? Was there any pushback? Did you focus on printouts or emails / online promotion? What could go better next time? 
4. Attendance: was your event full? What do you think made a difference, or could have gone better? Word of mouth? Emails? Local whatsapp group message? How would you advise others based on your experience?
5. Audience: do you feel you attracted new people or the converted (nothing wrong with that btw!) If new people came, do you know what made them? Did you try and invite new people but either they weren't receptive or you weren't comfortable asking? Let us know the details so we can try and improve!
6. Overall takeout. What surprised you if anything? Did you experience any reactions / attendance / discussions that you feel we should know about? 
7. Next steps: what's your experience on the next steps. Do you feel people had clear next steps if they wanted them? Have you sensed they have taken next steps? How could we improve on this?
8. Next screenings: would you host a screening or host another screening if you have already? If yes, what could make it easier. If not, what are the obstacles?
9. Anything else, any other thoughts / suggestions? (And thank you for helping on this, it's hugely useful!)
