Read/Write Library Internship Form
Thanks for your interest in becoming an Intern with Read/Write Library! We currently approach our internships differently than most organizations and seek ways to structure them so that they match not just our needs, but the specific skill areas that interns are hoping to develop. Interns do not need to be currently in school or looking for college credit.

Read/Write Library accepts up to 2 interns at a time to ensure the quality of the intern's experience.

How long do you plan for your internship to be?
Please respond in increments of weeks or months, rather than "semesters" or "quarters." An exact end date is not required at this time.
Your answer
How many hours a week would you be available?
Internships are available between 8 and 20 hours a week, and some portion of that time can be completed remotely if this is an independent internship allowed by your crediting institution. This can change, as well as be flexible around classes paid work.
Your answer
Is this for credit, or independent?
Either one is fine; we are committed to providing opportunities for skills growth and experience to people at any phase of their professional lives.
What skills are you hoping to gain experience in during your internship?
Please choose all that apply; a skill can be both something you have and want to develop more. If you're unsure, please choose the closest "general" option.
