Warrandyte Netball Club membership application

This form is to be completed by a player, parent/guardian, or anyone else who wishes to apply to be a member of the Warrandyte Netball Club.

A membership application may be submitted by anyone who supports the purposes of the club and agrees to comply with its rules.

All membership applications will be considered by the Warrandyte Netball Club Committee who will decide whether to accept or reject the application. The Committee will notify the applicant in writing as soon as practicable after the decision is made.
