6th Annual Oscar Jordan Medical Symposium -  "Peripheral Artery Disease: The Underestimated Opponent"
Since 2017, the Barbados Diabetes Foundation has partnered with the University of the West Indies to honour the legacy of the late Dr. Oscar Jordan via a medical symposium focusing on various aspects of diabetes from a Caribbean perspective.

This year the focus is on “ "Peripheral Artery Disease: The Underestimated Opponent" We know that peripheral artery disease is often a complication of diabetes and we want to delve into the topic more. We have Dr. Aderemi Soyombo, Cardiologist and our keynote speaker Dr. Nina Yhap who will give us some perspective .
