Afghan Easter Picnic / Egg Hunt

Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026

Location: Palms Pavilion (behind water park at Central Park/Lake Elizabeth)

40500 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538

Setup: 9 am - 11 a.m., 11 a.m. - 1 pm

Event: 1:30 - 4:30 p.m. (volunteers come at 12:30 pm for instructions/stations/and prayer)

Cleanup: 4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

By God's grace, we are planning our 5th annual Afghan Community Easter picnic on Saturday, March 28.

Last year, we had close to 300 Afghan guests and expect more this year, so we need lots of help! Please sign up below and invite your friends/small groups/Bible studies/etc to join us too. We need about 80 volunteers!

We also are collecting 18,000 filled Easter eggs for our egg hunts. If you would like to help, please use this link:

Box of 54 individual chips from Costco or equivalent (need 12 boxes)

Case of 40 water bottles from Costco or equivalent (need 20 cases)

Case of 24 sprite (need 6 cases)

Case of 24 coke (need 9 cases)

Case of 24 orange soda (need 9 cases)

Box/bag of cookies 24 count - store bought or homemade (need 25 boxes)

5 lb bag of orange clementines "cuties" (need 30 bags)
